Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination country and the total weight of your order. The exact amount is shown before you pay and is never added afterwards.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; 3–7 in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Austria; 4–8 in the rest of the EU; 5–10 in Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.
You do not need to keep the product sealed. You may open the packaging and examine the product as you would in a physical shop. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
Return shipping costs
You pay the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. In those cases we cover it and provide a prepaid label.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund to the same payment method you used. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to show the refund.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, customised or personalised products, sealed audio or video recordings or software unsealed after delivery, or digital content supplied immediately with your prior consent (Article 16, Directive 2011/83/EU).
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
